[CSC 435] Hammer Runtime

It is apparently taking some of you a LONG time to run your jobs.  I
will extend the due date for the OpenBLAS timing to Sunday night at
midnight.  Get this done because you ALSO need hammer to get your group
project timings done by  TUESDAY.

If you see egregious use the queues, please let me know...
