[CSC 435] Update...

So the batch queues have just about reached a steady state -- and in the
past week have processed well over 1000 jobs.  I doubt, however, that
all of the jobs will be completed by tonight.  As such you may have
until WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT to submit your Project 3.  Nothing
will be accepted after that time.


NOTE: Tuesday morning I will be placing HOLDS on all jobs in the queue
in preparation for our "arena" timings.  Once we complete the final exam
session I will release any held jobs.
