[CSC 435] Error Process on Hammer

[Andrew J. Pounds]

Class -- there has been a process (probably not any of yours) that is
causing issues on hammer and preventing some of you from logging on. 
This will require me to reboot hammer.

I will watch the queues to see when the current processes stop -- but
please do not submit any other batch jobs until I give the all clear.  
I will send out an e-mail 10 minutes before I reboot the system.
