[CSC 435] One system down

There is one system in GSC 218 that went down over the weekend.  For
that reason your largest MPI runs (with 22 systems) will get placed in
the deferred queue.  I will go to campus sometime in the next day or two
and fix the system, but until them just know that your largest MPI jobs
won't run.
