[CSC 435] Updated Due Date and the Final

The CUDA BLAS assignment is due this Friday -- some of you have already
completed it. 

The Hybrid MPI program was set to be due next Wednesday, but the Dean
has asked that we not have any assignments DUE during Finals week, so I
have backed up the due date to this coming Sunday night at midnight.  If
you are smart about designing your tests, this should be a real quick
project -- but it will require you to set up and let some jobs "simmer"
while you study for other classes.  I will give some hints on how to get
this done expeditiously this afternoon.

Like the midterm, the final will be a practical.   I will open it on
Thursday morning at 9:00 am of Finals Week and you will have until
Friday night at 10 pm to submit it.
