Here is an example to help you finish off your 3D plots.  Your data has
to be ordered like so -- in the first column I have threads, the second
column I have nodes, and the third column is megaflops.

    1           1   386.788727
    1           2   452.217834
    1           3   514.955383
.

.

.

    1          21   386.789948
    1          22   320.001190
    2           1   451.932922
    2           2   581.180054
.

.

.

    20          20   320.002136
    20          21   320.001068
    20          22   320.000000

The gnuplot file I am using is...

#Plot Data File
set title "Hybrid MPI/OpenMP Benchmark\nN=3000"
set xlabel "Threads"
set ylabel "Nodes"
set zlabel "Megaflops"
set dgrid3d 20,22
set hidden3d
splot [1:20] [1:22] "clustertune.dat" u 1:2:3 with lines
set output "plot.ps"
set terminal postscript enhanced color landscape
replot
set output "plot.png"
set terminal png
replot

with the result being...

plot
