[CSC 435] gcc 9.2.0

[Andrew J. Pounds]

I updated the gcc compiler suite on cobra and the lab machines all to
the same version that is on hammer (9.2.0).  I will show you on Monday
how to access it if you can't figure it out on your own based on the
handouts I've already give you.
