While I had to cancel out meeting this afternoon, I was very productive earlier and used the time after my 9 am class to set up your SSH keys on the Godsey cluster.
To test to see if everything is working log into cobra and then ssh to henry.mercer.edu. This will require your henry password.
Once on henry type
ssh henry
it should log you onto henry from henry, but with no password. Log out of that session -- you should still be on henry after you log out. Then type
ssh gsc_218_1
This should log you into GSC_218_1 without a password. Verify it works and then log off.
Let me know if this is not working for you. I personally set up the keys for all of you on henry and all 24 of the lab systems. There will normally only be 16 system available (I had to leave 8 systems available for Biology) but the nice thing is that the batch scheduler will be keeping up with which systems are available so we won't have to.
