[CSC 435] Anvil

I have heard from Eduardo that there are some issues with Anvil.   Anvil
sent out an "upgrade me ASAP" message today to Jesse and he complied --
but there were issues.  For the time being just work with what you have
your local directory on the GSC systems.  You can still "git add", "git
commit" and use other local git commands -- just not git push.  Once
Jesse has the server fixed you can push your final repos back to anvil.
