Alright -- I took a few minutes tonight and re-wrote the ldriver so it 
would use binary files from theochem.

You're gonna like this.  Try the following on cobra.

Clone the openblas_starting repo

git clone https://github.com/threadmaster/openblas_starting.git

run make, then do a

bldriver 10

you might want to have another window open running top.  Do you see a 
speed improvement?
