[CSC 435] More Issues, Updates, and Extensions

So -- apparently there is still a permission problem on one of the MPI  
programs -- I will have to investigate and fix this.  I will move the 
due date.

Please go ahead and complete the assignment related to Advanced MPI (it 
is a ~20 minute video) with some questions to be answered in CANVAS.

Apparently I also left the lock date set to the old date for the 
BabyBLAS.  I will update and extend that as well.
