[CSC 435] Updated Due Date

[Andrew J. Pounds]

I will grant a extension of one week on the Dusty Deck project. It will 
be due at midnight on Feb 12.  I still want this week to be focused on 
getting the modern Fortran and C versions working so you can start 
testing your optimizations and doing the benchmarking.
