[CSC 435] OpenBLAS Testing

Some of you have expressed that your OpenMP matrix multiplication and 
linear solvers are not yet ready for testing (that is part of the 
OpenBLAS assignment that is due tomorrow.   I will give you an extra day 
to complete that.
