[CSC 435] A Place to Test Code Fixes

Some of you have asked me where you can test code you are having to 
repair since all of the nodes are consumed.  I am using node 11 in GSC 
218 right now -- it is in the offline state and jobs cannot be scheduled 
there.  I have also scheduled gsc405-node-07 to go offline (not 
available to be scheduled in Maui) and it should become available after 
job number 17079 completes.
