<font face="serif">Gentlemen, I have placed a large file in the
/tmp directory on zeus for your integer collapse problem. It is a
binary file with one enormous integer (roughly 5 GB of storage).
To make things easier for you, it will be possible to read the
file with a series of commands like<br>
<br>
c = getc(fp)<br>
<br>
where c is an integer and fp is a pointer to the binary file.
Just make sure you keep reading to the end of the file!<br>
<br>
I would REALLY appreciate it if you would write your code so it
reads bigfile.dat from /tmp on zeus. If we all start making
local copies of this then it is possible we may start hitting some
file limits on zeus.<br>
