John and Long -- here is the current presentation (I have added the
Title and introduction). I need the two of you to start filling in the
next two columns and send it back to me (use the
CSC499 at theochem.mercer.edu e-mail address) -- that way we all get it.
Now -- what do we need to do. Here is my thinking...
1. Draw a diagram of what the bridge is supposed to do (kinda like our
original working diagram) and what data has to be sent betwen the
various components.
2. Make a diagram of how the "shared memory" is supposed to work.
3. Screenshots of each of the dataflow maps in DX (I seem to remember three)
4. Appropriately formatted sections of the most important pieces of code
5. Screenshot of the molecule
Describe in words how these are all connected.
Describe what is left to be done.
Notice that I had to create text boxes and then add text of an
appropriate size. Use the same font and font sizes that I started with
-- captions will of course be different. Please go ahead and make some
progress on this during the weekend so we are not completely strapped
for time on Monday afternoon.
If you do not know how to make screen shots in Linux, let me know.
I have about 10 references I will add later. I would love to have most
of the poster finished at the latest by 5 pm in Monday. We should plan
on meeting in Willet after lunch on Monday.
