[CSC 499] Shared memory stuff...

John -- your additions look good.  We will probably need to shrink them 
a little tomorrow to make room for the text, DX maps, and, molecule 
figure, and references -- but they look good.

I guess what I was thinking of on the diagram for the shared memory 
would be some indication of how shared memory was used in the diagram 
you have already drawn.   If I understand things correctly, the users 
code and the bridge code share memory and then you send data back to 
Data explorer.  So the shared memory segment exists between user code 
and the bridge code.  Could we (or in opinion -- should we) somehow 
indicate this on the diagram?
