[MU Chem Linux Users] Dock Back Online and a Request

Dock should now be back online.  I upgraded the kernel, graphics and GPU 
drivers, installed security patches, and updated of the the system 
software to the current version of CentOS 6 (6.7).

I also removed some non-compliant packages from outdated repositories 
and changed the repositories that are searched to ones that are now 
current with the CentOS development stream.

At your earliest convenience please check out the software that you use 
to make sure that it is still functioning.  Some software may need to be 
recompiled against the new kernel and graphics driver. I won't know 
about those problems until some of you tell me.
