[MU Chem Linux Users] Upgrading OS on Dock

Folks -- I need to upgrade the OS on Dock to CentOS 7 so we can utilize
some of the newer features.  Does anyone have a problem with me doing
this during finals week?  I won't be upgrading the OS on henry - yet...

ALL software that installed on dock (vino, autodock, chimera, etc) will
have to be upgraded and reinstalled -- and that is part of my summer
plan.  As an aside, Dock is still a workhorse and, because it has the
fastest CPU clockrate, will get things done faster for you than the
other systems in the lab UNLESS you have spent the time to hand-tune the
parallelism.
