For Concentration Kinetics

 1. Generalized Lab Report form with your determined rate law in the big box
 2. NEATLY completed report form (I will be redoing all your
    calculations so I need to be able to read the data on the report form!)
 3. Graph for Iodine effect
 4. Graph for Peroxide effect
 5. Carbonless copies from your lab notebook

For the Temperature Kinetics Lab

 1. Generalize Lab Report form with your Activation Energy (in the
    appropriate units) in the big box
 2. Neatly completed report form
 3. Graph
 4. Carbonless pages from your lab notebook
