It is simply a stoichiometry problem.  Assume that Cu is the limiting 
reactant and find the theoretical yield of NO_2 gas.  Also, this is a 
ReDox reaction, so you have to use your techniques from CHM 111 to 
balance the reaction under acidic conditions.
