I had to look the value up in a table.  In solution NH4Cl is going to 
completely dissociate into the ammonium ion and the chloride ion.  For 
that reason I knew I had to set up a hydrolysis reaction.

You might want to take a look at Sample problem 16.21 on page 707 of 
your text.
