Use 0.08206 whenever you are dealing with Gas Law problems (units of 
Liters, Atmospheres, Degrees, and Moles).  Use the other R whenever you 
are dealing with energy in SI units (Joules, degrees, moles). Remember 
that when computing the velocity of gas molecules you have to use R in 
the SI units (because a Joule is a kg/(m sec^2).
