In 10.D you were supposed to build the plots using the Spherical 
Harmonics alone.  This required you in some cases to take linear 
combinations of the spherical harmonics.

In 10.E you are plotting the squares of only the ANGULAR terms from the 
wavefuntions found in table 10.1. In other words, in 10.E you should not 
use the SphericalHarmonicY function in Mathematica whereas in 10.D that 
is all you should be using (with appropriate linear combinations allowed).
