[CSC 315] Sample Code from Texts

Students -- now that some of you have started working on coding, I 
wanted to let you know that I have made available the code granted to us 
by the authors of your various textbooks.

Because the copyrights to these deem that they still be password 
protected, I have placed them in my public directories on cobra (and 
hence the lab machines).  I will probably move them to a password 
protected directory on my webserver in the next week or so.  For the 
sake of expediency I just dumped them on cobra.

For the raster 2-D graphics that are found in Foley, van Dam, et al., I 
have a directory

/pub/pounds/CSC315/raster2dalgorithms

and the names of the program segments should correspond to the names 
used in the text.  I believe these are all from chapter 3.



For the book by Whitrow the code segments are broken down by chapter.  
You should be able to look in

/pub/pounds/CSC315/whitrowBook

to find any of the code that is available.
