[CSC 315] Project 1 Program and Makefile

For your first project I am not going to enforce that you create 
separate program segments files -- it can all be in one program.   We 
will move to segmented makefiles and segmented programs in a future 
assignment.  You will, however, need to use a makefile to build your 
code with a simple "make" command.  We will go over how to do this in 
class on Tuesday.  In the meantime you will still need to include all of 
those libraries "-lGL -lGLU -lglut" on you compilation line.
