I placed two videos on CANVAS.  The first of these goes over the
remaining material in Chapter 2.  The second one describes how to use
Mathematica to compute inverse functions for use in the Picard (fixed
point) method.  I hope to get at least one more video uploaded this
weekend related to chapter 2.

I also placed the homework assignment for chapter 2 on CANVAS.

Since I was out sick and you will not be ready for a test on the 17, I
am moving the date of our first test to Monday September 22.  The first
test will only cover what is in chapters 1 and 2. This will also give us
time in class to address some of the homework problems.
