in the DATA section you will find data needed for HW3 and you will also 
find a set of test data for your project.  I will be adding more items 
to this page later, but on Friday we will go over how to start building 
out your code to process the spectra.

HW3 is also now posted on CANVAS -- but don't even think about that 
until you get HW2 turned in!  Remember, the test is only over chapters 1-2.

I've answered several e-mailed questions about HW2 -- keep 'em coming!
