[CSC 415] Project Deliverables

So as soon as I sent out the message about extending the project due 
date I had someone actaully push their code.   That made me laugh.  I 
have updated the project deliverables and due date for the Window 
Manager Conversion exercise to better reflect your ability to use GLFW 
like you used GLUT before.  There are now five pieces - not just two.  
Each piece contains a small checkpoint/deliverable.

I am giving you until February 24th to get all this done - but it should 
put us in a position to migrate to the proof of concept for the pendulum 
simulation without much additional work - and also set you up for your 
larger simulation project (which will include texturing, lighting, and 
shading).
