[CSC 435] ATLAS, BLAS, LAPACK, NUMPY, and SCIPY

All of these are now loaded on zeus -- and theoretically optimized for 
the architecture.  The BLAS, ATLAS, and LAPACK libraries are in the same 
directories they were on cobra (/usr/local/lib64/atlas), so the commands 
you used to build codes last semester utilizing these should also work 
on zeus.
