I normally do not describe the specific topics to be covered on an exam
-- after all, this is College.  However,  there is a lot of information
on the test tomorrow so let me try to help out some.

 1. periodic trends from chapter 7 (radius, ionization energy, electron
    affinity, etc.)
 2. electron configurations for elements and ions
 3. classification of elements on table (metal, non-metal, etc)
 4. types of bonding covalent/ionic
 5. bond enthalpy calculations (but no lattice energy or Born-Haber cycle)
 6. Lewis dot diagrams
 7. Molecular shapes (VSEPR)
 8. Bond dipoles and polarity
 9. Formal charge
10. Valence bond theory/hybridization
11. MO Theory
12. Bond order

The above is not an exhaustive list of the topics on the test, but is
should go a long way in helping you prepare.

I will not entertain any more questions related to test content.
