  Vanessa had asked me to check the equations for the 2s and 2p 
wavefunctions in your text.  Please note, the term in front of all the 
2s and 2p wavefunctions should be

1/(4 Sqrt[2 Pi])

and not

1/(4 Sqrt[2] Pi)

This is a typographical error that crept in between the 3rd and 4th 
edition of the text.  It should have been corrected in later printings 
of the fourth edition -- but since there are so many used copies 
floating around I am sure some of you have this typo in your texts.
