[CHM 331] HW 1 Correction

I realize that several of you haven't gotten this far yet, but on the 
first quantum homework set there was a page number error for the 
problems that were assigned from the Steiner text (page 520 should have 
been page 529).  I have corrected the homework handout and placed a 
fresh copy on the class webpage.
