[CHM 331] Vibrational Frequencies for Water

If you have not found these (or calculated them), here are the 
vibrational normal modes for water determined experimentally by Darling 
and Dennison:

Symmetric stretch:  3935.59 cm-1
Asymmetric stretch:  3825.32 cm-1
Bend: 1653.91 cm-1

I will send out a solution to problem 2b a little later using these 
normal modes for the vibrational component.
