Based on the document I gave you, for each person you will input the
origination city and state as well as the destination city and state.
Based on the information in the zipcoords.dat file, you can convert
these to cities and states to geographic coordinates for the calculation
of distances between cities.
I am also working on an example to help you input large chunks of input
data for testing -- but I won't get that done tonight.
