[CSC 204] Another zipcoord file available.

Some of you have reported having problems reading the zipcoords.dat 
file.   I have made another version
of this called zipcoords.txt that has different end of line terminators. 
  If you had problems reading the file named
.dat, try the .txt file.

Both files are available on the class webpage.
