[CSC 315] Updated Homework and Programming Assignment

Hi guys -- just wanted to let you know that I updated (changed the date) 
on the assignments I put out there.   Note that the first homework is 
due on the 10th and the first programming assignment is due on the 19th.  

I will send some information to you later on how I want you to turn 
things in.
