[CSC 315] Sample OpenGL code and makefile

and download the "bare bones" OpenGL code and makefile.   I would like 
you to try and compile your code in lab 200 (it all used to work 
flawlessly there).

Anyway -- please give this a shot as soon as possible and let me know if 
you are able to compile the code and run it.  I expect EACH of you to 
try it soon and send me a response.
