[CSC 335] Another One... this time for C folks

Okay -- since I know some of you, including myself, typically work with
straight C, I have included another example that uses the Gnu Scientific
Library to solve the same problem. This file is also found on the
class website.
You should be able to use this with C++ also.
I will NOT be installing a linear algebra library for Java as there is
considerable disagreement about which one is "preferred". Since all of
you should by now know some C, C++, or Fortran, I think we have our
bases covered.
