[CSC 335] Reference Material

The examples I put out there yesterday and today are just that -- 
examples.   To help you get the most out of LAPACK, BLAS, Armadillo, and 
the Gnu Scientific library, I have also included links to all of the API 
documentation on the class webpage in the reference section.  I also 
cleaned this page up a little bit to make it easier to navigate.

Odd thing -- if you click on any of the links that lead to govenment 
websites (like NIST) it tells you that the government is closed.  I got 
an e-mail from a friend at Pacific Northwest Labs on Friday telling me 
that their building was open, but that they were not answering e-mail...
