So the set of data I gave you for my problem in HW3 is not sorted.  This 
was by design.  If you are not sure if a data set is sorted then it is a 
good idea to sort it first.  Since this apparently affected your splines 
I have also provided the "correct" superimposed plot (Lagrange and 
Spline) on the class website.
