[CSC 435] Recompiled Atlas

Hi guys,
  I recompiled ATLAS after making some hand-tuned optimization changes 
-- looks like I am getting arount 1.8 GFLOPS
in sequential matrix multiplication on Cobra.

You can link your Fortran code to the following libraries

/pub/pounds/ATLAS/lib/Linux_Cobra/libf77blas.a   
/pub/pounds/ATLAS/lib/Linux_Cobra/libatlas.a

and see it if enhances your performance.
