[CSC 435] loop.f Ready

Hi guys -- wanted to let you know that loop.f is ready on /pub/pounds/CSC435

There are some HEAVY data dependencies in this code -- but you should be 
able to find some ways to optimize the code to get a significant 
improvement in the runtime while still preserving the results.  I made 
some changes from prior versions so that this is a "more attainable 
goal" .  I also made this code much more "dusty deck" than the prior 
versions -- so you'll see some VERY POOR coding.

Use prof/gprof to find the hot spots!
