[CSC 435] Direct and Iterative Solver Redo

[Andrew J. Pounds]

I have attached a revised handout from Thursday's class (with a table
for you to fill out) and also modified the github repo so it reflects
the final changes that I made.  Please try to complete the table before
class on Tuesday so we can talk about parallel issues with your direct
and indirect solvers.

You will need to re-clone or pull the repo from github.
