[CSC 435] Pthreads and OpenMP Code Development

I wanted to let everyone know that since we have the same gcc compiler
base running on hammer and cobra (6.4.0), you should be able to do
parallel code development for Pthreads and OpenMP on either machine. 
Just remember that cobra only has 8 processors, so don't schedule more
than 8 threads.


Cobra is also not running a batch scheduler, so you should only use it
for building and small runs.
