[CSC 435] Hammer Issues

Hammer is experiencing some issues that will cause me to have to reboot 
it a few times and also rebuild the GCC compilers.  I will also need to 
modify the location of the GCC compiler suite.  You may not want to use 
hammer today until I get things fixed.  I will send out an e-mail later 
once this is all done.
