Long and John,

Please add the following (or their bash equivalents) to you login 
scripts on dock

setenv DXMODULES /pub/pounds/mdview/CMSP/bin
setenv DXMACROS /pub/pounds/mdview/CMSP/macros
setenv DXFLING 1


This will automatically load the chemistry modules into OpenDX when you 
start it.
